Fees and scholarships

Currently The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) charges fees to non-EU/EEA students. Some universities also charge an application fee and some have a compulsory student union fee. Please read more at webpages of the individual universities:

As relevant you will pay fees and charges directly to the university where you are enrolled. The fee will correspond to the fee level of that university.

The international M.Sc. programme “Aquatic Food Production – Safety and Quality” (AQFood) does not offer scholarships. However some of the partner universities has a limited number of tuition fee waivers to award foreign stuents. Please look at the homepages of the individual universities.

The Nordplus higher education grant

AQFood has obtained funding from Nordplus to support student mobility between the Nordic countries. This means that AQFood students can apply for funding to support their travel and living expenses for the 2nd year of the AQFood programme. Typically, students receive between 2000 to 2800 Euro in mobility support for the 2nd year of their studies. Application forms will be sent to AQFood students towards the end of the 1st year of their studies. Applications must be submitted to the programme coordinator Charlotte Jacobsen not later than 6 weeks before the third semester starts.
